The Property Investment Portfolio

Your Property Investment Portfolio starts with your Land Contract and your Statement of Identity. Your Land Contract will be mailed out to you within 3-5 business days. Once you return your signed Contract and Statement of Identity you will receive your Property Investment Portfolio to include the following:

• Welcome letter with account number: This account number is how you can refer to your land purchase when talking with our finance department.
• Amortization Schedule: Breakdown of your estimated number of payments (if paid as scheduled) and shows how much of that payment goes towards principal and interest
• Plat Map: The map showing the divisions of your land and the land around it.
• Driving Directions: Used to locate your property
• County Information Sheet: Helpful facts and demographics about the county you purchased land in.
