Lower Prices on LandCentral.com!

Monday, May 18th, 2009

There has never been a more affordable time to buy quality properties on LandCentral.com.  I have recently reduced the prices on nearly 150 properties throughout my inventory.  Some properties are now selling for 89% less than they were last week.  Other properties are selling for thousands less than I have previously offered them.  What does this mean for you?  It means that now you can save even more by investing in land with LandCentral.com

What’s the catch?  The catch is that these properties are offered on a first come first served basis.  I can’t save you any money if you wait too long to get the property you are interested in.  I have sold several of these properties already and I just released the new prices a few hours ago.  The sooner you take a look at my reduced price inventory the more selection you are going to have.

I have a few lots available for only $50 a month with very little down. Other lots are being sold for only $75-$100 a month.  These properties will be sold very quickly and I don’t want you to miss out on your opportunity to invest in these quality properties.

Lake County is a land of stark beauty. Located in south-central Oregon, only about 90 minutes from Bend. It is possible to enjoy, all in one day, the broad expanses of desert, sagebrush and rim rocks as well as the solitude of mountain forests and crystal clear lakes and streams. In Lake County it is possible to see everything from Wild Horses and Big Horn Sheep to Mule Deer, Elk and everything in between. Lakes and streams are loaded with fish and there is an average of 320 sunny days every year to enjoy all of this.

Lakeview is the Tallest Town in Oregon and is the home of “Ole Perpetual” the only Hot Water Geyser in the entire Pacific Northwest, which spouts a plume of hot water over 60’ in the air about every 30 seconds. Warner Canyon Ski Area is only 10 miles northeast of Lakeview and is the only privately- owned ski area in the state of Oregon. Because of this the ticket prices are extremely low. Lakeview, established in 1876, sits at the foot of the Warner Mountains. On the edge of the southeastern Oregon High Desert, Lakeview is one of the highest towns in the state.

Originally a cattle town serving ranchers, Lakeview is now the business center for the region. Its prime location makes Lakeview a great destination for recreational enthusiasts. Both in town and nearby in Fremont National Forest, a variety of activities can be found. The mix of desert and mountain terrain offers countless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, rock hunting, hang gliding, golfing and fishing. The Lakeview Nature Trail gives visitors a chance to get a good look at the area’s native plants and wildlife. Another favorite attraction is Old Perpetual Geyser, which is just north of town. Several events light up Lakeview’s summer months. The Lakeview County Fair and Round-Up is said to be one of the Northwest’s oldest amateur rodeos.

Explore Nye County Today!

Golfing is an ever expanding sport with a number of exceptional golf courses throughout Nye County. The Willow Creek Golf Course and the Calvada Executive Golf Course in Pahrump are acclaimed desert style courses that offer a challenge at every tee box and breathtaking views of Mt. Charleston.

Over the past few years, the wine industry has exploded in the Pacific Northwest and in California. Now it has spread to Nevada’s Nye County. The Pahrump Valley Winery is an “oasis” in the desert. Originally people thought it crazy to have a winery in the Nevada climate, but after the wines started getting recognition and winning awards, people also realized desert wines were “brilliant”.

Within Nye County is Pahrump, Nevada. Pahrump is being hailed as the next bedroom community of “Las Vegas”. People are falling in love with Pahrump Valley and it shows as the area has realized an incredible 20% growth rate annually! There is no sign that the growth is slowing and that makes this an excellent place to invest. Unlike many large cities, Pahrump Valley still has plenty of undeveloped land and this is where land owners are cashing in BIG.
