R-3 (Residential): The regulations for this district are designed to stabilize and protect the essential characteristics of the district, to promote and encourage a suitable environment for family life and to prohibit most activities of a commercial nature. To these ends, development is limited to concentrations of medium to high density, permanent, single and multiple dwellings plus certain public and recreational facilities that serve the residents of the district. Uses Permitted include single-family dwellings, accessory structures such as garages, duplexes, condominium developments and other multi-family dwellings.

All of Lot Number Seven (7) in Block “C” of the Cotton Survey of Grace Place in the city of Hawkinsville, Pulaski County, Georgia, fronting Fifty (50) feet on Union Street and running back an even width One Hundred (100) feet to an alley. This being the same lands conveyed to Joe Stuckey by Warranty Deed from Planters Bank, dated April 28, 1945, and recorded in Deed Book 35 at page 328 in Public Records of Pulaski County, Georgia, and also a part of the land described in deed form Chatham Bank and Trust Company to Planters Bank, which deed is recorded in Deed Book 24, page 580, in Public Records of Pulaski County, Georgia.
