Being the same premises conveyed to Salvador C Mazin, an unmarried man, by Warranty Deed from Grantor Travis Werner, husband of Marlene Werner, dated February 12th 2003, and recorded in said Bureau of Conveyances in Doc. No. 2003-028730 on February 18th 2003. Subject however, to the following: Title to all minerals and metallic mines reserved to the State of Hawaii.
