BEING a part or parcel of a larger tract of land title to which vested in the Manor Lake Development Corporation by deed of conveyance of Ray S. Detwiler, et ux, dated the third day of August, A. D., 1960, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cambria County in Deed Book Volume 744 at Page 331. BEING the same premises granted and conveyed to Ronald G.
