BEING the same premises conveyed to Lucille De Luca by National Recreational Communities, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, by deed dated January 24, 1979 and recorded November 5, 1979 in the Bloomsburg Area School District in Book 295 of Deeds for said County, Page 240. The said Lucille De Luca, departed this life on February 9, 1991, and by her Last Will and Testament, which was admitted for probate to the Surrogate of Union County, State of New Jersey, Docket #J-8775, she gave, devised and bequeathed the within premises to Robert Pollara.
