BEING known and described as Lot No. 158 in the Smokey Run Section of the recorded plan of lots in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Blair, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Plot Book No. 10, at Page 1 et seq., known as the Spruce Knob Plan of Blue Knob Resort, Inc. situate in the Township of Greenfield, County of Blair, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and containing 0.359 acres. UNDER AND SUBJECT NEVERTHELESS, to certain conditions, easements and restrictions as set forth in Blair County Deed Book 950A, page 427 all of which are incorporated herein by reference. EXCEPTING and reserving all record rights existing under and by virtue of certain outstanding oil and gas leases; under and subject and excepting and reserving as aforesaid states.
