Gehr of Conneaut Lake Borough, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and a plat of which is recorded in the Recorder’s Office of the aforesaid County; thence extending North along the western boundary line of Lot 25 a distance of 100 feet; thence West along the southern boundary line of Lot 69 a distance of 50 feet; thence South along the western boundary line of Lot 27 a distance of 100 feet to a point on the northern side of Center Street; thence East along the northern side of said Center Street a distance of 50 feet to point of beginning. The herein described parcel of land being all of that land known as Lot 26 of the Conneaut Lake Extension plat of lots.
