Said lot having a frontage of forty (40) feet on the east side of Tenth Street and extending back an equal width a distance of 121 feet to said Lot No. 53. SAID lot being Lot No. 29 in Plan A, Carnegie View Plan of Lots, which is duly recorded in he Recorder’s Office of Mercer County in Plan Book 2, Page 233. UNDER AND SUBJECT to the restrictions that no building shall be erected on said lot nearer than thirty (30) feet from the front property line, which covenant ran with the land until January 1, 1935.
