Rolling fields of wheat and grass surround this lot near the border of Washington and Idaho. Just off the highway, the property sits in the town of Oakesdale. Oakesdale is a part of the Palouse Scenic Byway. It is one of the oldest communities in the state and has several homes and buildings on the National Historical Register.
