The association also maintains all open space, entry areas and parks, as well as the Community Center and Boat Launch. The Association Board of Directors meets monthly on the second Wednesday at 5 pm in the Administration Building Board Room. All members are welcome to attend. All property regulations related to the LSPOA area are enforced by the CC&R Compliance Officer and any inquiries can be made at 938-3281 ext. 101.
