The Grandin Lake Shores Association Community is made of about 151 single family homes. This Association was incorporated in early 1962. The "Homes Only" Community has two lakes which are fed by aquifer spring. Lake Grandin has an area of about 360 acres, Lake Clearwater is much smaller, but there is a canal that is navigable and is used frequently by residents to access either lake.
