RD (Two-Family Residential): This district is composed of lands suitable for medium-density single-family and two-family residential development. It is the intent of this ordinance to preserve the medium-density residential character of this district at locations in the county where public water and sewer systems are available. The following uses are allowed in an RD district: (1) Single-family dwelling. (2) Two-family dwelling. (3) Forestry and agricultural uses, excluding livestock, poultry and sawmills. (4) [Reserved.] (5) Cemetery, on at least three acres of land. (6) Customary accessory buildings and uses, provided that accessory buildings shall not occupy more than 25 percent of the required rear yard area. (7) Home occupations.

All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 063B 075, Coweta County, Georgia, being in Land Lot 29 of the 5th Land District, being 0.46 acres, more or less, Lot 10, Block B, Wallace Gray Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 11, Page 163, described in Deed Book 254, Page 633 and Minute Book 149, Page 374, located on Wallace Way.
