TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement, for roadway purposes, over and across all streets and roadways delineated upon said File Plan No. 780 and upon File Plan 700; reserving unto Grantors the right to convey said streets and roadways to the State or County of Hawaii for use as public thoroughfares, at which time said easements shall terminate.

RESERVING HOWEVER, unto NANAWALE ESTATES CO., a limited partnership, as reserved in the Deed hereinafter mentioned, recorded in Liber 4760 on Page 512 , a perpetual easement five (5) feet wide along both side lines and the entire rear line of said lots for the purpose of installing constructing, inspecting, operating and replacing telephone, telegraph, electric light and power poles, wires, cables, lines and underground conduits, sewer pipes, gas and water pipes and other similar facilities and equipment; provided, however, that any utility poles placed within the easement along the rear boundary of said lots shall be placed at the corners of said lots only.

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following:

1. The provisions of that certain Declaration of Protective Restrictions heretofore recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii in Liber 4260 on Page 416.

2. The reservation in favor of the State of Hawaii of all mineral and metallic mines as reserved in Royal Patent No. 7788.

3. Said above described parcels of land having been acquired by the Grantor herein by Deed dated Feb 6, 1968, and recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii in Liber 5956 on Page 86.
