Dwelling units shall not be permitted on the ground floor of business buildings or in the rear of business establishments on the ground floor, Hand laundries, employing not more than four (4) persons, Hotels, including dining and meeting rooms, Liquor stores, package goods only, Locksmiths, Medical and dental clinics and laboratories, Mirror and glazing shops, Orthopedic and medical appliance stores, but not including the assembly or manufacture of such articles, Pet shops, but not including animal hospitals, Physical culture and health services, Picture framing, when conducted on the premises for retail trade only, Public auction rooms, Schools: music, dance, business, commercial or trade, Secondhand stores and rummage shops, Signs, as defined and regulated by village ordinance, Taxidermists, Theaters, indoor, Undertaking establishments, Upholstering shops, if conducted wholly within a completely enclosed building. Max Building Height: 35 feet or 3 stories. Yard Areas: No building shall be constructed or enlarged unless the following yards are provided and maintained in connection with the building: 1. Front Yard: a. General: No front yard shall be required when all frontage between two (2) intersecting streets lies within this district. However, when lots within this district are adjacent to and adjoining lots in a residential district, all of which front upon the same street between two (2) intersecting streets, there shall be established the same front yard setback for all of the frontage as has been established in the residential district. b.
