Sold Property

R-1 (Single-Family Residential): (1) One single-family residence per lot. (2) Agriculture (crops only). (3) Temporary in-season roadside stands for the display, sale, or offering for sale of agricultural products grown or produced on the property. (4) Churches. (5) Seminaries, convents, monasteries, and other similar religious institutions. (6) Public parks, recreational facilities, golf courses, country clubs. (7) Governmental buildings. No residential structure shall exceed 35 feet in height.

A certain piece of land out of the South side of the Northeast Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Ten South, Range Four East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the School House Out Lot; thence North Seventy-five feet to the Kelly corner; thence Northwest one hundred sixty-four and one-half feet to the School House Lot; thence Southwest seventy-two and one-half feet to the place of beginning, containing one-half acre, more or less; and also, beginning at the Southwest corner of the East Half of the Northeast Fourth at the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-five Township Ten South, Range Four East of the Third Principal Meridian and running North sixty-five feet and seven inches; thence East seventy-seven feet, thence Southeast ninety-five feet; thence West thirty feet to the place of beginning; AND ALSO, commencing 20 feet from the Northwest One-fourth of Block Four and running Northwest Nine feet, more or less, thence Southeast 135 feet, more or less, thence Northeast 200 feet, more or less to the place of beginning, excepting a portion off of the Northeast side sold to James D. Allen, to commence 20 feet from the Northwest corner of Block Four and running Northwest 9 feet, thence North 83 feet more or less, thence Southeast 58 feet, thence Northeast 600 feet to the place of beginning; All the above described land being located in the Village of Stonefort, State of Illinois. (The land described above, is sometimes described as being Assessment Lot Number 17 in the South side of the Northeast Fourth of the Southeast Fourth of said Section 25 above described.)
