Pleasant Road; running thence southwesterly a distance of two thousand three hundred ten (2310) feet, more or less, to a point in the east side of Newton Town Road, which is 810 feet, more or less, measured along said Newton Town Road, from the place of beginning; running thence northerl along the east side of said Newton Town road, from the place of beginning; running thence northerly along the east side of said Newton Road, a distance of eight hundred ten (810) feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. Subject to all valid easements, covenants and restrictions of record. Together with all the right, title and interest of grantor, if any, in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, road, avenue or alley abutting or adjoining the above described premises, to the center line thereof.
