Thence northerly at an interior angle of 89° 30’ along the westerly bounds of Lot Number 127, a distance of 468.27 feet to a point;

Thence easterly at an interior angle 90° 21’ along a line parallel with the northerly bounds of aforementioned 200 foot wide Niagara Mohawk Power Company right of way, a distance of 171.32 feet to a point on the centerline of Byron-Holley Road;
