Being the same premises conveyed to Brynda Lynn Johnstone, an unmarried woman, by Warranty Deed from Grantor Deborah Oakley-Melvin, dated November 7, 2006, and recorded in said Bureau of Conveyances in Doc. No. 2006-215431 on November 24, 2006. Subject however, to the following: Title to all minerals and metallic mines reserved to the State of Hawaii.
