Not less than eight thousand (8,000) square feet for each dwelling have four (4) dwelling units or less, provided that the area requirement shall not be greater than the lot area of any lot platted prior to the effective date of this Chapter. Not less than one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet of lot area, in addition, for each dwelling unit over four (4) in number. Building Height Limit. Two and one-half (2-1/2) stores, but not exceeding thirty-five feet in height. Minimum Floor Area Required. One (1) family dwelling -- Four hundred fifty (450) square feet. Two (2) family dwelling -- Seven hundred twenty (720) square feet per family. Lot Coverage by Buildings. Maximum lot coverage by main and all accessory buildings -- Thirty percent (30%) of lot area. Property Setbacks: Front 30 ft, Side 16 ft, Rear 25 ft.
