Footings and foundation walls shall conform to Briarcliff standards for footings and foundations. 4. Roof shall have a minimum pitch of 1 in 4 and an overhang of at least 6” on all side. Roofing shingles shall be tab-type asphalt composition, with a minimum weight of 230 lb/100 square feet. |
