RHD (Residential High Density):
One one-family dwelling and accessory uses, or one two-family dwelling when the minimum lot size is met. Minimum Lot size: Six thousand square feet, with a minimum width of fifty feet when public sewer utilized. Fifteen thousand square feet, with a minimum width of one hundred feet, when only public water is available and utilized. Three acres, with a minimum width of one hundred fifty feet, when neither public water or public sewer are available or utilized. Smaller lots permitted after county review. Property Setbacks: Front, side street: dwellings and nonfarm buildings: twenty feet; farm buildings: ten feet, Rear, side: five feet. Maximum height: buildings: two stories, not to exceed fifty feet; other structures: fifty feet. Maximum lot coverage: sixty percent.
