General Information

Look into this beautiful property in the remote community of Shelter Cove. This land slopes up from the road to the point where you will need to have some engineering work done before you build, but there are several homes in the area already built on similar slopes. The land is on Telegraph Creek Road, a very nice paved street, and is only 3 miles from the ocean. This is a great place for a vacation. A 9-hole golf course surrounds the one-runway Shelter Cove Airport at the center of Shelter Cove's commercial district. Sinkyone Wilderness State Park is about 6 miles south of Shelter Cove on the coast. There are also state parks such as Black Sands Beach, Mal Coombs Park, Seal Rock Picnic Area and Abalone Point.
