All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being on the South side of Craft Street in Calhoun Falls, Abbeville County, South Carolina; said lot of land is particularly shown and delineated as Lot Number 15 as shown on plat of property of J. H. Mauldin and C. M. Craft prepared August 9, 1968, by J. Rivers Mabry, Sr., RLS, said lot of land is bounded north by Craft Street for 80 feet; bounded east by Craft Street for 184 feet; bounded south by property now or formerly of Payne for 160.8 feet; and bounded west by property of Burlington Industries for 120 feet.
