General Information

This is a great piece of land, located on the corner of Levan Links Court and Bainbridge Road in the Fairfield Glade Community. Levan Links is a dirt road and Bainbridge is a paved road. There are homes about 700 feet (2 blocks) to the north, but on your block, there are no houses built yet, so you will have plenty of privacy. The county says both water and electric are available. You won’t have to drive far to enjoy city amenities, however, as the commercial center of Fairfield Glade is less than two miles away. This community center offers restaurants, churches, a fitness center, a dog park, and a shopping center with grocery store. It is about the same distance to the Stonehenge Golf Club, one of five championship golf courses within the resort.
